Saturday Night

Went to Game 2 of the Cellar Series tonight. The 7 of us took in a night at Coors Field as the Royals stuck to tradition, losing yet another game that I went to see. Here is a stat for you...in all the games I've seen the Royals play (and it's a LOT), they have won ONCE and that was last summer. The odds just aren't in my favor. So, I shouldn't have been surprised when they lost again tonight. However, when you walk the other team's PITCHER twice then you deserve to lose!

Spent most of the day cleaning and getting ready for Laura and Jessica to visit. They are coming out on Monday and then we're driving home for 4th of July weekend. Not sure what tomorrow will bring. Probably a short workout, maybe a hike, maybe some time by the pool. It was another long week at work, so I need to enjoy my time off the best I can.
